Summary: Baalbeck International Festival 2009. Press conference held on May 25, 2009 at 5:30 pm at the Assembly Hall followed by a special musical evening (from 7:00 pm till 7:45 pm) in collaboration with the Lebanese Higher Conservatory of Music "Jazz the Way we love it".
General: Program included classic jazz compositions and arrangements from the songbooks of: Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Charles Mingus and Dizzy Gillespie, all performed by 9 leading musicians from the Lebanese higher conservatory of Music and Jazz Community. This special event is free for the public and sponsored by the Baalbek International festival, Arabia Insurance, Al Waleed Bin Talal Humanitarian Foundation, CMA CGM.
